Description . This contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the healthcare community through hands‐on patient care and advanced radiological practices. As a Locum MD, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients using state‐of‐the‐art imaging technology. This on‐site position requires collaboration with other medical professionals to ensure high‐quality patient care and to help streamline the overall treatment process.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and interpret results Collaborate with healthcare teams to determine patient treatment plans Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Provide consultative support to referring physicians Stay updated on the latest radiology practices and technologies Attend departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Respond to emergency situations as needed Requirements MD or equivalent medical degree with residency in Radiology State medical license in good standing Associate‐level experience in a Radiology setting Strong knowledge of imaging modalities (e.g., MRI, CT, X‐ray) Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Commitment to professional development and continuous learning Schedule: 24‐hour call shifts EMR: Epic Must be board‐certified DEA required Paid travel and expenses
