The company's proprietary technology senses and measures neural responses to stimulation and automatically adjusts therapy based on real-time neurophysiological feedback.
Saluda Medical's first product, the Evokeยฎ System, is designed to deliver known, consistent, and personalized spinal cord stimulation therapy by objectively measuring neural responses and maintaining therapy within a prescribed therapeutic window. Saluda Medical is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Day in the Life ... This Territory Manager role is responsible for the overall commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evokeโ„ข therapy across the assigned territory:
  • Managing the sales geography
  • Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies.
  • Leads the identification of business opportunities, ensures the effective utilization and penetration of Evokeโ„ข systems to ensure revenue commitments.
  • Expands relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
  • Drive the overall growth agenda, go-to-market plans, and execute core messaging.
  • Facilitates the collection and dissemination of competitive intel; conducts real-world market research to gather design input, market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, etc. to help Saluda titrate marketing messages, product development theses, etc.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant business experience, minimum 3 years prior medical device sales required.
  • Documented sales success
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience
  • 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time - including overnights.
