The Senior Director Medical Group will oversee a broad Physician Practices network that connects patients with essential primary and specialty care close to home. This leadership role supports an organization featuring the roughly 50-bed Regional Medical Center that acts as a vital regional lifeline. It delivers comprehensive, localized medical care—including the Valley's only intensive care unit and Level III Trauma Center—saving patients long, difficult mountain transit for critical needs. The Senior Director Medical Group will strengthen access, operational consistency, provider engagement, quality outcomes, and sustainable growth across the ambulatory enterprise.

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Senior Physician Practice Director will receive support from experienced operational leaders, engaged physicians, advanced practice providers, friendly nurses, clinic managers, finance partners, human resources professionals, and a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team.
