MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Medical Oprations and Plans Officer to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and the Phillippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as the principal authority for theater-level medical planning and provides strategic oversight for health service support operations.

  • Approve comprehensive medical evacuation architectures and authorize the implementation of complex casualty response strategies.

  • Validate mission-critical Medical Plans and serve as the final authority for the integration of medical assets into larger operations.

  • Manages the synchronization of medical logistics and personnel recovery efforts in the USPACOM AOR.

  • Approve the medical annexes for Project Plans and coordinate with Mission Partners to synchronize theaterwide health services.

  • Lead the strategic analysis of medical readiness data to refine program wide operational health posture and mission success.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). 

  • Advanced professional certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.

  • Experience as a Medical Operations Officer (70H) or equivalent in a SOF environment.

  • Program Manager Professional (PMP) certification.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
