Job description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Medical Lab Technician responsible for analyzing laboratory specimens and accurately reporting results following established protocols. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment serving a diverse patient population across a regional healthcare network in the Southeastern United States.
Education
Candidates should hold an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with clinical training covering neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient testing. Alternatively, completion of a 50-week official U.S. military medical laboratory procedures course with experience as a Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician) is acceptable. Certification or eligibility for certification as MLT (ASCP) or MLT (NCA) is required.
Experience and Skills
Applicants must demonstrate clinical proficiency in specimen testing across all age groups. Strong decision-making abilities, teamwork skills, and adaptability to work additional hours or shifts under pressure are essential.
