  • Review results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and carry out preventative device maintenance and calibration for lab instruments.
  • Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary, ensuring fluid lab operations.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all laboratory procedures, mentor newcomers, and help uphold the rigorous quality standards of our lab.
  • Foster a clean and safe workspace while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, in addition to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications to Acquire
  • Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining the team.
