Dynamic Medical Centers will now offer comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and podiatry. This expansion allows us to better serve our established patient base by providing the additional specialties many of our patients need, all in one integrated setting.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. If you’re an enthusiastic team player that takes exceptional pride in your work and you have a drive to excel in a forward-thinking, solution-oriented environment, then this is your destination. As a very busy practice with a high volume of patients each day, our Medical Receptionist plays an essential hands-on role in keeping the patient experience smooth, supportive, and efficient. You’ll be active, engaged, and frequently on your feet throughout the day, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented environment.

Major Roles
Efficient Patient Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize wait times.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details prior to appointments
Reviewing & Collecting Balances:
  • Review patient accounts for outstanding balances and communicate with patients regarding payment options.
  • Assist in the collection of payments and manage billing inquiries.
  1. Check Out Sheets:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate check-out sheets for daily patient visits.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Answering & Addressing Phone Calls/Voicemails:
  • Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and voicemails, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Route calls to appropriate staff members when necessary.
Managing Patient Messages:
  • Monitor and manage patient messages through various communication channels.
  • Ensure timely responses to patient inquiries and requests for information.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect compassionately with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated growth mind set, open to coaching, continuous learning, and improving processes.
