Job Description

We are hiring Quality Inspectors to support production in a clean, medical device manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity working with plastic and injection molded components.

Schedule (2-2-3 Rotation โ€“ 12 Hour Shifts):

  • Day Shift: 6:00am โ€“ 6:00pm
  • Night Shift: 6:00pm โ€“ 6:00am (+10% differential)
  • Rotating schedule: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days (includes weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, and measure plastic components and finished products
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints and product specifications
  • Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
  • Record and document inspection results accurately
  • Perform in-process and final inspections
  • Support production by verifying material and product quality
  • Follow GMP, ISO, and cleanroom procedures

Requirements:

  • 1โ€“2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Experience inspecting plastic or injection molded components strongly preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Experience with CMM or advanced inspection equipment
  • Familiarity with SPC or quality systems
