Job description

InterSystems HealthShare is a versatile health informatics platform that aggregates holistic patient data, enhances interoperability, and delivers insights into analytics and advanced solutions. The role of Account Executive involves managing all aspects of prospective and existing end-user accounts within medical device and life-science organizations to generate sales revenue and foster productive business relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Introduce InterSystems products and services to medical device and life-science organizations, building a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business revenue within life sciences accounts.
  • Serve as the principal liaison between InterSystems and customer organizations, strengthening relationships across multiple levels.
  • Leverage internal resources to achieve sales objectives and deliver value to customers.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding product performance, providing input to product development and support teams for enhancements.
  • Generate new business revenue while protecting and expanding the existing customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Strong life sciences domain knowledge, including key trends impacting medical device organizations, such as clinical development, real-world evidence, regulatory requirements, data integration, AI and analytics.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in technology sales (Life Science/Med Device strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience selling software or data solutions into medical device companies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience working within healthcare IT, life sciences, or related environments.
