FT and PRN Positions Currently Available (Including days, nights, weekend, holidays)
Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities & Duties
  • Operate complex imaging equipment, such as X-ray, CT, and MRI machines (Prefer technician with X-ray and CT capability)
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow prescribed protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and personnel
  • Assist radiologists and other healthcare professionals in interpreting imaging results
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure high-quality imaging
  • Manage and archiving imaging files for easy retrieval
  • Stay updated with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques
  • Coordinate with other medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications & Skills
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Experience with multiple imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI)
  • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with patients and healthcare team
  • Advanced proficiency in medical imaging software and technology
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Continuing education credits in radiologic technology or related fields
