About the Role

RevenueWell is looking for a SEO Content Writer to provide exceptional content for our growing list of dental and medical SEO clients. You will collaborate closely with SEO Analysts and Website Onboarding to execute on content strategies that are useful, engaging, and effective in guiding target audiences through a decision funnel, driving calls and online appointment bookings for our clientsโ€™ practices.

While SEO content remains your primary day-to-day focus, youโ€™ll also lend support on broader services projects โ€” including proofreading services content (such as social media content and paid media landing pages), helping with video scripts, and contributing to infographic content โ€” as part of our standard supporting content workflow.

We need a talented, detail-oriented writer who embraces AI as a tool for efficiency while keeping quality content as the top priority. You should be adaptable, organized, and enthusiastic about delivering results for clients in the dental and medical space.

What Youโ€™ll Do Website Content
  • Write and improve website copy including homepage content, procedural pages, doctor bios, Google Business Profile content, and patient review intro copy
  • Execute on content strategies developed by our SEO Analysts, bringing briefs to life with compelling, accurate, and SEO-optimized writing
  • Craft content that tells the story of each clientโ€™s practice and specialty in clear, approachable language
Research & Quality
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to ensure content is accurate, differentiated, and high-quality
  • Thoroughly proofread and self-edit all work before submission
  • Apply SEO best practices to all content, integrating target keywords naturally and strategically
Services & Supporting Content
  • Proofread services content, such as social media content and paid media landing pages, to ensure accuracy and consistency before it goes live
  • Help support services projects, such as writing or reviewing video scripts, as needed
  • Contribute content for infographics as part of standard supporting content deliverables
Project & Workflow Management
  • Receive content briefs from SEO Analysts for SEO content assignments
  • Receive customer questionnaires for homepage and custom content projects
  • Track all projects and workflows in JIRA (tickets) and HubSpot (campaign information)
  • Meet turnaround timelines: 1 week for time-sensitive requests, 2 to 3 weeks for standard requests
  • Communicate proactively with your supervisor and stakeholders if timelines are at risk
Client Collaboration
  • For complex projects or special client requests, collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals, brand, target audience, and practice details
  • Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in all client-facing interactions
What You Should Have Core Competencies
  • Skilled and Creative Writer: Ability to translate technical dental and medical concepts into clear, engaging copy for a general audience
  • SEO and Lead Generation Experience: Demonstrated experience creating copy that drives traffic and conversions for SEO and SEM campaigns
  • Meticulous Editor: Advanced proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail. An online portfolio or writing samples are required
  • AI-Forward Mindset: Passionate about leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, while always prioritizing content quality and accuracy above all
  • Exceptional Organization and Ownership: Ability to self-manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate early when challenges arise
  • Problem Solver: Solutions-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude when working across teams
Essential Requirements
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience integrating them into copywriting
  • Strong storytelling ability for homepage copy, bios, and patient-facing content
  • Experience creating content for SEO and/or digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt as priorities shift
Bonus Skills
  • Previous experience writing for a dental or medical marketing agency
  • Certified Medical Content Writer (CMCW) certification
  • Knowledge of the dental industry
  • College-level degree in English, Communications, or a related field
