Product Manager – Advanced Cooling Technologies

Location: Elmhurst
Compensation: Up to $130K base + 10% bonus

This growing, family-owned manufacturer designs custom process cooling systems that support some of the world’s most advanced technologies — including medical devices, MRI systems, electron optics, x-ray applications, and other high-tech equipment. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work directly with customers to define new product applications, specifications, timelines, and cost targets
  • Modify and configure products to meet customer requirements
  • Generate pricing quotations and technical submittals
  • Manage and monitor KPIs for assigned product lines
  • Develop customer-specific service programs
  • Troubleshoot and support chillers in the field
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Communicate technical, service, and pricing updates to OEM customers

  • Ability to solve technical problems in a hands-on environment

Preferred Experience
  • Refrigeration or HVAC systems knowledge
  • Product Management or Application Engineering experience
  • Experience supporting technical products in a manufacturing environment
