Position Summary:

The Associate Document Processor supports daily mailroom and document processing operations by handling incoming mail, managing high volumes of paperwork, and preparing documents for scanning and shipment using AVRS patented software.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

  • Flexibility to stand/Sit for long period of time

  • Attention to Details

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Manage large amount of paperwork

  • Sorting/Opening Mail

  • Utilizing AVRS Patented Software

  • Flexibility to perform other Duties like preparing paperwork to be Scanned/Shipped

  • Answer emails and phone calls when needed.

Position Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • A high level of attention to detail and results-driven

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service/focus

Compensation: $20/hr
