Your Role

  • Serve as a House Attending Physician, overseeing patient care in post-acute and primary care settings.
  • Manage and lead a team of house physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and medical scribes.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve patient care.
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
  • Review patient charts and provide medical oversight and guidance as needed.
Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (MD/DO) with an active or eligible NY medical license (Assistance available for obtaining licensure)
  • Board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
  • Passion for team-based care and mentorship
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
