  • Oversee category execution so that spend is channelled through preferred suppliers and effective buying routes, embedding leading practices in project management and delivery disciplines
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals to deliver strategy, execution, and service excellence across enterprise Sales, Digital and Medical activities.
  • Represent Sales, Digital and Medical within the Commercial Americas Leadership Team, contributing to critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Own the strategy, sourcing approach, and ongoing management of global sales, digital, and medical programs, including policy development, preferred supplier selection, sustainability initiatives, contract negotiation, and stakeholder experience.
  • Design and implement services that enhance effectiveness, compliance, satisfaction, and cost-efficiency across global sales, digital, and medical operations.
  • Monitor and analyse global supplier markets and industry trends; build robust supplier relationship management programs that align performance and innovation with business goals.
  • Conduct financial, cost, and spend analysis to identify value opportunities, process improvements, and cost optimisation across categories.
  • Lead complex sourcing projects end-to-end, including outsourcing assessments and total cost of ownership reviews, guiding cross-functional teams to secure the best total value.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and oversee contract creation, management, and communication to ensure favourable outcomes and strong compliance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partners; engage on key issues related to sales, digital, and medical operations, including sustainability initiatives.
  • Champion Lean-inspired ways of working within procurement to standardise processes, drive efficiency, and focus teams on what truly matters.
