Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Base Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 annual (Experience-based)
Additional Compensation: Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the face of our growth. This isn't a "sit-behind-a-desk" marketing role-this is a high-impact, "boots-on-the-ground" position for a true people person. You will be our primary "door-opener," using your natural charisma to build instant rapport with healthcare professionals and community leaders.
As a key driver of our expansion, you will grow with the business growth. As you help us scale our reach across Williamson and North Travis Counties, you have the opportunity to increase earning potential in our organization. If you love the thrill of the "hunt" and want to turn your gift for connection into a rewarding career, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Entry Mastery: Confidently walk into hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers "cold" to establish immediate, professional rapport with gatekeepers and case managers.
  • High-Volume Prospecting: Identify and qualify new referral sources daily, focusing on building a "from-scratch" network of partners.
  • Relationship Architecture: Turn brief, unplanned encounters at facilities or community events into long-term, trust-based business partnerships.
  • Strategic Outreach: Conduct 10-15 daily field visits to key decision-makers (discharge planners, social workers, and physicians).
  • Meeting Coordination: Secure and schedule discovery meetings for the care team to discuss service implementation.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of every "random" encounter and lead in our CRM to ensure no referral opportunity falls through the cracks.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Innate Social Agility: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have a proven ability to build instant rapport with strangers.
  • 2-5 years of Sales/BD Experience: Background in healthcare, medical device sales, or high-touch hospitality is a plus.
  • Fearless Communication: Ability to navigate diverse social settings and adapt your "pitch" on the fly to match the person in front of you.
  • Resilience: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in opening new doors.
  • Local Landscape Knowledge: Familiarity with the Round Rock, Georgetown, and Leander healthcare corridor is highly preferred.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel across the service area.

Why Always Best Care?
We offer a rewarding environment where your ability to connect with the community directly impacts the quality of life for seniors. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory while receiving the support of a respected, mission-driven organization.
