We are seeking a strategic, technology-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our global device + connectivity ecosystem, with a strong focus on the U.S. market and expanding digital healthcare capabilities. You are someone who combines traditional medical device product management expertise with digital health, connectivity, and software commercialization capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of medical devices, SaaS, connectivity, and healthcare workflow innovation. What You'll Do-Senior Product Manager, Medical Devices SaaS & Connectivity

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead global product lifecycle management for Medela's NICU and maternity care device + connectivity solutions
  • Shape and execute portfolio strategy across hardware, consumables, connectivity, and SaaS-based healthcare solutions
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and monetization models that support profitable growth and long-term value creation
  • Drive product and ecosystem innovation focused on connecting hospital-to-home workflows and EMR integration
  • Translate customer pain points and market insights into scalable, customer-centric product solutions

Digital Health & Device Connectivity Solutions

  • Support the launch and commercialization of next-generation digital and connected healthcare solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, clinically appropriate software and device experiences
  • Help accelerate organizational capability around SaaS commercialization and digital solution adoption
  • Bring external market intelligence and technology trends into the organization to help shape future innovation opportunities

Experience-Senior Product Manager, Medical Devices SaaS & Connectivity

  • 8+ years of product management, solution management, or innovation experience within regulated healthcare or MedTech environments
  • Experience launching and commercializing SaaS, connected health, telehealth, or healthcare IT solutions
  • Proven success leading product innovation initiatives involving both hardware and software ecosystems
  • Experience with FDA and MDR regulated markets required
  • Experience with EMR integrations, healthcare connectivity platforms, or digital clinical workflows highly preferred
  • Background in NICU, maternity care, lactation, or hospital-based workflows is a strong plus
  • Experience working in global organizations and highly matrixed environments preferred
