Inventory Manager - Medical Devices

JOB DESCRIPTION

Med-Dyne is a small, family-owned medical device manufacturer in Louisville seeking a dependable, hardworking team member to support our production, shipping, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
  • Receive incoming deliveries and stock inventory
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Perform routine inventory counts
  • Keep shelves, bins, and workstations organized
  • Assist with packaging and labeling products
  • Help maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Support production staff with assembly and manufacturing tasks as needed
  • Lift, carry, and move boxes, materials, and inventory throughout the day
  • Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk for most of the workday
  • Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb small step ladders
  • Push and pull carts loaded with inventory
  • Work safely around production equipment and warehouse shelving

Qualifications

·        Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

·        Comfortable working independently without constant supervision

·        Willingness to learn and accept feedback
