Essential Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Arthrex products and devices to surgeons and healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with sales team members to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals across the assigned district and within sales focus area
  • Execute sales plans and marketing strategies developed by Elite Orthopedics or Arthrex to support revenue growth
  • Cross-sell other product lines to support the growth of other teams
  • Serve as a primary customer service contact, responding to issues and helping resolve problems as they arise
  • Deliver products and supplies to surgeons and healthcare facilities as needed
  • Pursue activities required to maintain current knowledge of the product line and industry trends to support effective sales efforts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a role that required strong customer service skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills equivalent to the college level
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
