In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the critical infrastructure that supports our business operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, storage systems, and user security. What You Bring

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of systems administration experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience administering virtualized environments such as VMware, Nutanix AHV, or similar platforms.
  • Strong systems administration background in a Microsoft environment.
  • Experience with Azure administration, including Exchange, Entra ID, licensing, and security.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, AHV, or similar).
  • Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • VMware certifications or other systems administration certifications.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Azure, M365, or server administration.
  • Linux administration experience.
