Lead global marketing strategy, product management, and commercialization across a high-growth medical device portfolio. This role owns upstream and downstream marketing, clinical education, and marketing communications while building a high-performing team and scaling global impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead product strategy + commercialization across portfolio
  • Own upstream/downstream product marketing & market positioning
  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team quickly
  • Provide clear direction across Product, MarCom, and Clinical Education
  • Drive clinical education programs for surgeons, nurses & HCPs
  • Oversee global marketing collateral, tools, and go-to-market execution
  • Lead international marketing strategy + cross-functional global teams
  • Identify and implement tools/systems to scale marketing effectiveness
  • Build relationships and represent company at key industry events


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 12+ years marketing experience, 6+ in leadership roles
  • Strong medical device industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams
  • International marketing / global cross-functional leadership experience
  • Strong product marketing + commercialization background
  • Experience in clinical education targeting surgeons, nurses & HCPs
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level
  • Up to 40% travel including industry events, clinical education, conference, trade shows mostly in North America, some international travel
  • High visibility leadership role shaping global growth strategy
