Our team specializes in medical, pharmaceutical, and standard delivery for both the private and public sectors. With roots as radiopharmaceutical couriers, we understand the importance of precision as well as the margin of error that is considered in making both safe and dependable deliveries. We have maintained these strict standards and adherence to time-critical deadlines throughout our network.

1099-contractors drive the delivery of time-sensitive and life-saving therapies and diagnostics to our customers. Contractor Sought Life Couriers is looking for a dependable and professional independent contractor courier for one, or all, of the following: Routed Deliveries - Varying routes that normally have a set recurring schedule to them. **NOTE: routes may change unexpectedly based on customer needs STAT/On-Demand - Pickups and rush orders dispatched from a route manager or customer Services Sought For this contract, you will be picking up and delivering pharmacy medications and medical supplies.

Coverage Sought Reliable independent contractors with availability to run orders: Saturday 7am-7pm Contractor Commissions Earned in one or more of the following ways: per mile, per route, per stop (plus variable fuel surcharge in some of our markets) Earned weekly through our third-party pay administrator Openforce Specific commission details to be discussed in the pre-contracting process Requirements for Contract Per insurance requirements, eligible contractors will be between 21 and 75 years of age Attentive to detail Live within 25 miles to zip code 33428 Own a reliable and registered car or SUV that would be used for this contract (2011 or newer) Have and maintain state minimum requirements for bodily injury and property damage as primary auto insurance At your choice: maintain your own qualifying workers' compensation insurance or enroll in the available Occupational Accident Insurance program for a weekly fee Sign up with an EIN as a company OR with a US Social Security Number as a sole proprietorship Be able to complete contractor-qualifying screenings and online delivery preparation modules Have a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last three years Have an iPhone or Android smartphone to use for GPS order tracking and order scanning Supply a cooler with reusable ice-packs to transport temperature controlled specimens Willing to drive in inclement weather to service our customers Adherence to customer required professional appearance standards: Solid black, gray, or light blue polo shirt Solid colored, clean, khaki or jean pants (athletic wear is not recommended) Comfortable shoes/boots (avoid flip-flops, high heels, sandals) 1099-Contractor ID prominently displayed (supplied by Life Couriers) Contracting with Life Couriers Our 1099 contracts are offered to interested and qualifying contractors on a first come, first served basis. As such, time is of the essence in completing the pre-contracting process as soon as possible. The process to contract with Life Couriers takes approximately 2-5 days to finish.

Because of the high volume of interest we receive for our contracts, we have a strict policy to remove those contractors from process who have become inactive during the pre-contracting phase. You can accept all the vehicle-specific rates and move on to the next section of your enrollment. Couriers with LLC/EIN will be given preference over those using their SS number You must accept our Cargo Insurance offer if you do not have a $250,000 coverage policy with a deductible no greater than $1,500 and which indicates Life Couriers as an additional policyholder You must enroll in the Occupational Accident Insurance offered if you don't have proof of your own workers' compensation insurance policy with at least $250,000 medical expense limit per occupational accident and $1,000,000 aggregate limit Note: choose "...Carrier will furnish devices and applications, permits..." etc. Contractors are NOT responsible for providing anything besides their vehicle and services Upload: Driver's License, Insurance Declarations Pages (NOT insurance card), Vehicle Registration, SS Card, Passport-style selfie picture of your face to create your contractor badge HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, and other contractor modules will be provided to you at no cost
