The Receptionist/Clerk Expeditor serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff, providing professional and courteous customer service while supporting efficient department operations. This role is responsible for greeting patients, coordinating patient flow, telephone communications, records management, and administrative support. The Receptionist ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, facilitates communication between patients and clinical staff, and contributes to a safe, high-quality healthcare environment. Ability to learn and utilize programs necessary to position.
