This role represents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team with established products and an entrepreneurial mindset.

We have an immediate need for an intern to join me as we continue to build our IT capabilities. This is for an initial three-month internship and the successful individual should have a degree in IT and/or have previously worked in an entry-level IT position. The role will be based at the Warren, NJ office and will be customer-facing; therefore, the individual must be comfortable communicating with various levels of employees to help them troubleshoot their IT problems.
 
Role Responsibilities:
 
The day-to-day responsibilities will vary and could include:
 
  • Assist with software development by supporting the development and testing of reports in Tableau using data from Snowflake. This may include coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and deploying code.
  • Provide technical support to users in Warren, NJ by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Work with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions in close coordination with the Head of IT.
  • Provide administrative support for the new headquarters in Warren, NJ by helping manage network connectivity, printer configuration and setup, access management, and troubleshooting as needed, while also coordinating with vendors appropriately.
  • Support help desk activities by monitoring tickets related to data uploads and working with the appropriate business users and SMEs to design solutions.
  • Assist with database management activities, including data entry, data backup, and recovery.
  • Help document IT processes and procedures to support smooth operations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to strengthen IT skills and knowledge.
  • Shadow experienced IT professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the field.
  • Role Requirements:

  • 2 or less years experience in related entry level IT role
