Our Sales Internship Program is designed for students who want to learn how great customer partnerships are built from the ground up while experiencing the culture, teamwork, and career growth that make Ferguson a place associates are proud to be part of.

During this 10-week paid summer internship, you will gain hands-on experience in a local branch, learn directly from experienced sales and operations associates, and see how Ferguson helps make complex customer projects simple, successful, and sustainable. You will be part of a team that values curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.

What You Will Experience

  • Build customer service, product knowledge, sales process, and relationship management skills through real work in a Ferguson branch.

  • Work alongside experienced sales, operations, and branch leaders who will help you understand how we serve customers and support each other as a team.

  • Spend time in the warehouse, counter, inside sales, outside sales, and branch operations to see how every role contributes to the customer experience.

  • Participate in leadership and sales development experiences that connect your learning to Ferguson's business, culture, and values.

  • Contribute to a sales-focused project that gives you an opportunity to solve a real business challenge and present your insights to leaders.
