Hospitalist Physician Assistant position with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options, offering a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-oriented hospital medicine program.

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • 7-on / 7-off scheduling model with predictable shifts
  • Day shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (average 12 patients per shift)
  • Swing shift: 4:00 pm - 2:00 am (average 7-8 admissions per shift)
  • Highly autonomous role within a supportive team structure
  • No direct ICU coverage (physician support available for medical management when needed)
  • Active participation in codes and rapid response events when applicable
