Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $27-$31 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
We're looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly while delivering a great experience for our patients. In this role, you'll support both our physicians and patients through a mix of clinical and administrative tasks that help ensure high-quality, efficient care.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. If you take pride in patient care, enjoy building relationships, and are looking for a clinic where quality of care matters more than rushing from patient to patient, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
As a Medical Assistant at Longevity Medical Clinic, you will play a key role in supporting both our physicians and patients.
• Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processing
• Assisting with medication start appointments and patient education
• Preparing test results and documentation for physicians
• Assisting with prescription refill coordination
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Managing medication inventory and clinic supplies
• Communicating with patients by phone and in person
• Troubleshooting lab-related issues with partner labs
• Supporting clinic compliance including OSHA standards
Requirements
What We're Looking For
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in Washington State
• 1-2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Newer Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply! We're happy to train the right person
• Experience with phlebotomy/blood draws strongly preferred
• Excellent computer and documentation skills
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
