Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Contractor Program Manager and primary management lead for enterprise cybersecurity support activitiesย 
  • Oversee contract execution, staffing, deliverables, schedules, and customer communicationsย 
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across task areasย 
  • Coordinate technical and management activities across multiple cybersecurity functions and stakeholdersย 
  • Lead status reporting, executive briefings, program reviews, and customer-facing meetingsย 
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with contract requirementsย 
  • Oversee support for RMF implementation, FISMA reporting, data calls, and related compliance deliverablesย 
  • Coordinate work across governance and risk management activities, including policy lifecycle, privacy and data governance, training and awareness, security control assessments, continuous monitoring and automation, and audit managementย 
  • Support requirement analysis, process control, and program planning activitiesย 
  • Oversee subcontractor and third-party performance where applicableย 
  • Drive integration across enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technology support effortsย 
  • Ensure program execution supports mission priorities and evolving customer needsย

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experienceย 
  • 7-10 years of experience serving as Program Manager on enterprise cybersecurity support government contractsย 
  • Strong experience managing cybersecurity programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholdersย 
  • Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity governance, RMF implementation, FISMA reporting, and compliance-driven program executionย 
  • Core competencies in contracting/procurement, enterprise architecture, organizational awareness, process control, program management, requirement analysis, risk management, strategic planning, systems integration, technology awareness, and third-party oversight/acquisition managementย 
  • Experience managing delivery in dynamic federal environments with competing priorities and deadlinesย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing experienceย 
  • Ability to manage staffing, quality, performance, and customer relationships across the contract lifecycleย 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure consistent execution against contractual objectivesย
