Position Summary:
Bluebird Fiber is seeking a sharp, sales-minded Sales Enablement Specialist who loves turning complex ideas into content and tools that help sellers win. This role is for someone who thinks like a marketer, understands how B2B sales actually closes deals, and wants to own the enablement and content engine that powers a high-growth fiber business.
Reporting to our Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement, you'll be a critical partner to our Enterprise, Channel, and Carrier sales organizations, producing the sales collateral, battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and blog content that move prospects down the funnel and help our reps close. Your work will live at the intersection of marketing and revenue.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an excellent writer with a sharp editorial eye, and someone who genuinely understands how B2B sales works. You'll partner with sellers, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales enablement, content marketing, communications, or copywriting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp editorial eye
• Proven ability to write across formats (long-form, short-form, sales-facing, brand-facing)
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Comfortable partnering with sales leaders and subject matter experts to build content that lands
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience producing B2B case studies, whitepapers, or solution content
• Experience building sales enablement collateral (one-pagers, battlecards, pitch decks)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Act-On (or comparable marketing automation platforms), and content management systems such as WordPress
• Prior experience in technology - telecom or fiber experience is a plus
• Comfortable using Microsoft Copilot to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and brand voice
