We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Office Associate to join our Chicago-based medical office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in patient engagement and administrative support, including billing and insurance tasks. Patient Engagement:

  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying personal and insurance information.

  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and manage cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Administrative and Billing Support:

  • Collect co-pays, process payments, and provide receipts.
