• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a particular focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions along with group therapy opportunities, maintaining a therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in case reviews and strategy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems proficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

The LPC will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. Our clientele includes those dealing with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The counselor will be dedicated to acknowledging the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients, employing culturally sensitive approaches to therapy.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting where you have managed complex cases.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing professional counseling practices.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and related technologies to streamline documentation and patient care processes.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling are highly desirable.
• Experience working in settings that target underserved populations, providing culturally competent care tailored to various demographic needs.
• A history of collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive treatment plans significantly enhances application prospects.

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client availability. Additionally, we offer:
