• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and needs, enhancing the development of personalized care strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to individuals, families, and groups.
• Document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• You must hold a current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services is required.
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic assessments and skill in developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong capacity for building relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A dedication to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical standards in social work practice.

• Experience in working with school-aged populations and an understanding of their unique developmental needs.
