Job description

Adecco is hiring a Medical Billing & AR Specialist to support a busy physician group by managing insurance follow-ups, resolving billing issues, and keeping accounts receivable current.

Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm

Key Requirements

2+ years of recent medical billing or collections experience (required)

Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans

Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding

Understanding of HIPAA guidelines

Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

What You’ll Do

Follow up on insurance claims and denials to secure payment

Resolve billing issues with payers, patients, and clinic staff

Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances

Research and correct billing discrepancies

Handle patient billing inquiries and support account resolution

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
