Under direct supervision, the Occupational Health Billing Specialist will join our esteemed organization in a highly professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing within the occupational health department, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, and optimizing revenue cycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing procedures, familiarity with occupational health services and worker’s compensation, with expertise in navigating insurance protocols and compliance standards. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. As an Occupational Health Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of the organization by minimizing billing errors, reducing claim denials, and fostering positive relationships with insurance carriers and patients alike.
