Position Overview:
A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join a winning team for the role of Client Services & Billing Co-ordinator - Desjardins Agent Team Member. Ideally, you are an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations, providing our customers with an excellent experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones & directing calls to sales specialists, welcoming clients
  • Accounts receivable, monitoring payments, ensuring billing accuracy
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, market to other services

Salary Range: $50000-$52000 / year PLUS bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications).

Requirements:

  • OTL/Ribo P&C License
  • 6 months or more P & C Insurance or Customer service experience
  • Customer service experience (accounts receivable, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting payment collection goals
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving, finding solutions for customers
  • Dedicated to customer service, self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Some financial background would be preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • On Site presence
