Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to support senior executives. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communications, organize travel, and assist with various tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently from home.
To succeed in this role, you should know the Microsoft Office suite well, be quick at solving problems, and have prior experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as needed.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries for executives.
- Arrange business travel, accommodations, and prepare itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Keep confidential records and handle sensitive information carefully.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
