Outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask help you excel in interacting with patients and supporting healthcare teams. These skills and qualities are crucial for ensuring efficient clinic operations, accurate patient records, and a positive patient experience.

Is it still possible for a medical assistant to have only on-the-job training?

Medical assistants can sometimes begin their careers with only on-the-job training, especially in smaller practices or entry-level positions.
