Float Patient Care Tech (PCT)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on the assigned shift.  
  • Adhere to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
  • Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate.  If interested in obtaining CRC register as a Job Seeker at www.ARJobLink.Arkansas.gov.
  • Experience:  No minimum experience required.  One (1) year experience preferred.
  • Certifications:  Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification Preferred.  BLS required.  Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.

Safety Sensitive Designation: 

This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
