Clinical Duties
ย Knowledgable of all doctor's service ( will train). Trigger point injections, blood draws, sterile procedure set up for procedures related to pain management and sexual health.
  1. Closely work with the doctor on prepping patients and review after care instructions.
  2. Bring patients in and get input into EMR medical records
  3. Follow up call with patientsย 
  4. Read and respond to messages/emails professionally and timely.
  5. Check in patients.ย  Confirm patient accounts are accurate and current.
  6. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness for office area, clean the office at the end of the day.
  7. Keep an inventory of clinical supplies
  8. Call referrals to schedule appointments and consults daily.
  9. ย Scan documents.
  10. Opening and closing the office.
  11. Cross train for all front office positions; check in, check out. Collect payments
