Have you started working in the trades and ready to take the next step? At Bath Fitter, we're looking for someone who knows the basics of construction or carpentry and is eager to grow into a skilled Installer.

We'll build on what you already know—you bring the basics, we'll develop your skills into a long-term career.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with bath and shower installations
  • Measure, cut, and prep materials for install
  • Support demo, setup, and job site organization
  • Work alongside experienced Installers to refine your skills

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
  • Exposure to hand and power tools
  • Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
