  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans under the guidance of the supervising doctor, ensuring alignment with each patient's unique needs and preferences.
  • Perform basic medical procedures, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and assisting with other routine tasks as prescribed by the physician.
  • Maintain organized and confidential patient records, accurately updating medical charts to reflect ongoing health changes and treatment responses.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication with patients, offering them information regarding their care, addressing their inquiries, and fostering a supportive relationship.
  • Monitor clients’ progress and promptly relay any changes in their condition to the medical doctor for timely intervention and care adjustments.

  • A proactive approach to teamwork, paired with the ability to work independently while ensuring collaboration and mutual respect among colleagues.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working as a medical assistant, especially in a home care or outpatient setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for managing patient documentation and communications.
  • Experience with blood draws or other advanced clinical procedures, though training will be provided as needed.
