Our mission is to provide professional, compassionate services tailored to each individual's needs. Our values: Respect Kindness Professionalism Integrity Collaboration Job description: We are looking for Dietitians / Nutritionists to work with various client groups in hospital settings, CHSLD, CLSC, senior residences, rehabilitation centres, private clinics or at home. The professional contributes to the assessment of the nutritional status of users, the development of nutritional intervention plans and the promotion of healthy eating habits in order to optimize the health and quality of life of the people supported. Main responsibilities: Assess the nutritional status of users and identify specific dietary needs. Develop, implement and monitor nutritional intervention plans. Adapt the recommendations according to medical conditions (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, dysphagia, kidney failure, malnutrition, etc.). Collaborating with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Participate in the development of menus tailored to customer needs. Advising users, their relatives and care teams on good nutritional practices. Ensure that records are kept in accordance with professional standards and the confidentiality of personal information. To contribute to prevention, education and health promotion activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics. Member in good standing of the Order of Dietitians-Nutritionists of Quebec (ODNQ). Experience in clinical, hospital, CHSLD, CLSC or community settings (an asset).
