  • Graduated from an accredited postsecondary program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or completed relevant Medical Assistant training by any branch of the armed forces
  • OR possess a Medical Assistant certification issued by a certifying organization accredited by either the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
  • A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
  • Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
