Village Point is seeking a friendly Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Concierge to join our team!
Village Point is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. At Springpoint, our Administrative Assistant primarily supports the front desk and all departments in the overall operation of office activities in accordance with policies and procedures, forms, confidentiality, etc. and creates and always maintains an atmosphere of personal interest and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
  • Prioritizes and coordinates assignments to meet established deadlines.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of all related information.
  • Types reports, letters, memos, and files all documentation as required.
  • Makes Xerox copies and fax as required.
  • Assists with processing payment vouchers for invoices for multiple departments
  • Assists with cash log/payment process.
  • Coordinates meetings and rooms availability with other Springpoint personnel.
  • Mail patient surveys and all mailings as required.
  • Manages front desk of the building with professionalism at all times
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years secretarial/office related experience.
  • Experience in a hospitality customer service role preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
