Job description

Position: Gastroenterologist or Internist (Concierge Model)
Location: Upper East Side, Manhattan, New York
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent

Organization Overview
We are part of a highly regarded, physician-led healthcare platform that redefines patient care through a personalized concierge medicine model. With a strong emphasis on prevention, accessibility, and long-term physician-patient relationships, this model allows providers to deliver high-quality, unrushed, and relationship-driven care.

This opportunity is based in a prestigious Upper East Side Manhattan location and represents a rare chance to take over an established concierge practice from a retiring physician. The practice comes with a loyal and active patient panel, providing immediate continuity and revenue stability from day one.

Position Summary
The practice is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established concierge medical practice in New York City.

This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a turnkey setup with an existing panel of approximately 600 active concierge patients. Physicians benefit from a significantly reduced daily patient volume (6–8 patients per day), allowing for deeper patient relationships, comprehensive care, and an enhanced work-life balance.

The incoming physician will have full clinical autonomy and flexibility to incorporate procedures based on their specialty and preference, while benefiting from robust administrative and operational support.

Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Licensure & Certification: Board Certified in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine; active or eligible New York medical license and DEA registration.

Experience: Prior concierge, private practice, or outpatient experience preferred.

Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Established patient panel generating consistent membership-based revenue.

Lifestyle-friendly schedule with low daily patient volume (6–8 patients).

Turnkey practice with experienced staff including Office Manager and Medical Assistants.

Full administrative, billing, and membership support provided.

High degree of physician autonomy in clinical decision-making and practice style.

Prestigious Manhattan location with immediate ramp-up and no need to build a patient panel.
