Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as an Assembly First Shift. As an Assembly First Shift, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly First Shift

Location: DECORAH, IA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

  • Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other products following detailed work instructions.
  • Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring based on product line requirements.
  • Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detailed cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly needs; stage materials and move finished products for packaging or shipping.
  • Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
