About the Role

WinWire is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology and business initiatives supporting Medical Affairs organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs along with proven experience managing enterprise application and business transformation projects.

This role will serve as a key liaison between Medical Affairs stakeholders, business teams, IT teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.

Must-Have Skills
  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs functions.
  • Knowledge of Medical Information, Medical Communications, Medical Education, Publications, and Field Medical operations.
  • Understanding of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities and scientific engagement processes.
  • Experience with medical content review and approval workflows.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements within Medical Affairs organizations.
  • 8+ years of IT or Business Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise application and business transformation projects.
  • Experience managing global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning, execution, governance, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
