Position titleProject Manager OCM (PMP)Description**Lume Consulting Group**, a Sacramento-based IT consulting company, is seeking a skilled **Project Manager OCM (PMP)** for a project with one of our California State clients.Apply if you have:PMP, State Agency Exp.Qualifications**A. Mandatory Qualifications**Minimum of five (5) years of experience in each of the following:1. Applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) of the five (5) years as a Senior PM of one or more large and complex IT projects.2. Developing and overseeing the execution of project roadmaps.3. Working with technology teams to identify and document resources needed to meet project goals and milestones.4. Working with executive level personnel in managing governance and project expectations.5. Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.6. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing ad hoc reports as required.7. Possession of a valid and current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).8. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent in the fields of computer science, technology, or management.**B. Desirable Qualifications**1. Possession of a Master’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent in the fields of computer science, technology, or management.2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on information technology projects in support of governmental agencies.3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on projects with demonstrable experience and understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM).4. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on Statewide initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.5. Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and implementing project communication plans.6. Possession of a valid and current Agile Certification (Examples include Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Professional Scrum Master I, AgilePM Foundation).Job Location #J-18808-Ljbffr
