Description
We are seeking an in-office Senior Litigation Paralegal to own core litigation support functions from case initiation through deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive paralegal with strong Texas civil litigation experience who can manage deadlines, filings, scheduling, client communication, and case logistics with accuracy, independence, and professionalism. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. This role is not eligible for remote work.
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience. Opportunity for performance-based bonus compensation.

Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in plaintiff-side medical malpractice and/or personal injury litigation.
• Strong command of Texas civil procedure and local court rules.
• Proficiency with Filevine, Lead Docket, Office 365, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Leadership mindset with mentoring experience.
