Role Purpose

Support the development of customer-led growth strategies by combining strong analytical thinking with commercial acumen. As a Consultant you will play a critical role in identifying and sizing opportunities, building robust business cases, and generating the evidence required to validate and prioritize growth bets. You will work closely with Managers and client teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and executable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured analysis of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify actionable growth opportunities.

  • Support robust, insight-led business cases to support investment decisions.

  • Apply data-driven and hypothesis-led problem solving to assess opportunity viability and prioritize initiatives.

  • Support and execute rapid validation approaches (e.g., concept testing, experimentation with real and synthetic customers) to generate evidence.

  • Synthesize data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations that inform client decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, data/AI) to shape and refine customer-centric propositions.

  • Contribute to the development of client-ready materials and storytelling, linking customer insight to commercial impact.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivers high-quality analysis and business cases that influence client investment and prioritization decisions

  • Demonstrates increasing confidence in linking customer insight to financial impact and growth outcomes

  • Applies structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems and progress workstreams independently

  • Contributes to building evidence-backed recommendations that accelerate decision-making and reduce risk

  • Builds strong collaboration skills and credibility within team and client environments

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or analytics roles with exposure to growth-oriented work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated consulting experience with client-facing delivery.

  • Experience supporting business case development, financial modeling, or investment analysis

  • Exposure to customer research, experimentation, or product/service development

  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear, structured storytelling

  • Experience working in or with CMT (Communications, Media, Technology) industries preferred

  • MBA or relevant innovation program experience a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in client-facing environments.

  • Understanding of AI/ GenAI and its application to customer growth
